    We recommend a minimum duration of 2 months to see optimal results. Programming can be for general strength, off season, hypertrophy as well as peaking for a meet. 

  • Program will be sent to client's preferred email 24 hours after pre-coaching consultation with coach. Once program is sent, no refunds will be given.
